Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include opened personal care products, consumable health products, and any items marked as non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Including photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened health and wellness products
  • Personal care items that have been used or opened
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
