Feta, spinach & dill hummus recipe

Defrost and drain the spinach, then chop and stir into the pot of hummus (or, blitz in a food processor for a smoother texture). Crumble in the feta and stir in the dill. Spoon into a bowl and top with a little more crumbled feta, lemon zest and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
